OIL & GAS
2012 entered Oil & Gas sector through the merge with a Swiss Based Energy Trading and Distribution Company which strongly believes in complete risk management strategy keeping in mind overall safety. Merged entity issued a corporate Bond with 8% coupon face value of USD 500M, which later was listed on LSE and successfully traded up until maturity in 2017
